Peter's Bio

Peter Brownstein is a Senior Software Engineer & Database Architect at 352 Media Group.  Peter is a senior-level software engineer with 12+ years at 352 Media Group, and has become the cornerstone of the company’s Programming Department.  During this time, he has worked on some of our largest projects for clients such as Microsoft, Porsche, Cummins Engines, University of Florida and BAE Systems.   Peter also served as 352 Media Group’s Interim Director of Programming in 2010-2011. He also helps 352 Media Group stay on the cusp of breaking technologies and emerging trends by evaluating and recommending new software, programming capabilities and partnerships.

Peter is a Microsoft Certified Professional, expert in C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, VBScript, C, C++, .NET, WCF, WPF, Silverlight, ASP.NET, and Telerik, in addition to others.  He is also an experienced database administrator specializing in Microsoft SQL Server.   

One of six children, Peter was born in Staten Island, NY and moved to Florida in the early 90s. He is one of the few who likes to program in his free time, but also factors in time for basketball.  Peter and his wife, Michelle, who is a Senior Front-End Developer at 352 Media Group, enjoy taking road trips, visiting Saint Lucia, and are looking forward to purchasing their first home.
