Once a quarter we have what we call the race to 3:52. All work stops on Thursday night and every employee has until 3:52pm on the following Monday to work on whatever they want. Then, everyone gets together to share their work.

Some common themes popped up this time around like mobile Web development, search engine marketing, and Simon Sinek's "Why University" to name a few. As always, there were several oohs and ahs and things we can put in to practice right away!
