I came across a great video today on Fast Company's website. Not only is it creative, but it offers some interesting tips to keep meetings running smoothly. If your company has a problem with meetings dragging on, take a peek.

I'm personally a fan of removing the chairs from the conference room...better yet, replace them with treadmills and see how long your next meeting runs!

If you work at big companies, meetings and seminars is part of their life and of course they need to attend all of these so that they become updated to the issue on their company.
