SuperMedia’s Superpages.com already had a lot going for it: relevant local search results, a solid market share, and an unrivaled offer for peace of mind with their super guarantee. Now the site can add an amazing user experience to the list.

The Superpages.com team came to 352 Media Group to improve the site’s usability. The result, which launched this quarter along with an update to the site’s search logic, was a “user-friendly interface emphasizing content that can help consumers make decisions through easier-to-find videos, coupons, consumer reviews, and social media integration, via Twitter and Facebook,” according to a press release.

"Our new Superpages.com provides consumers an unparalleled local search experience they can't find anywhere else," said Sandra Crawford Williamson, chief marketing officer of SuperMedia.

And the Superpages.com team weren’t the only ones impressed. Industry blogger Greg Sterling of Screenwerk.com posted that “the site is a much more user-friendly destination than the old Superpages.”

BIA/Kelsey touts “The new version does more to display relevant local content on the search result page, as well as social media elements.”

And these changes are just the beginning. This is the first part of a series of improved features to come. While reading other reviews is good, you can’t beat seeing it for yourself. Take a look at these before and after shots of the homepage as well as the search results and business listing pages.

What do you think of the changes?
