It’s March Madness time, so that means…baseball games? Three team members of 352 Media Group left the USCB vs. Florida basketball game behind to take a field trip down south to the far superior Rays vs. Yankees baseball game last Thursday in Tampa.
An Ambassador Limousine limo bus arrived at the 352 Media Group office in Ybor City to pick up 352 Media employees. We had a second stop at International Plaza to pick up 13 other friends and clients of 352 Media from the St. Pete area.
The limo took us to Steinbrenner Field where we were greeted at the Ambassador Limousine suite by owner Ken Lucci. In true St. Patrick’s Day fashion, there was a huge spread of food including corned beef and cabbage as well as the traditional baseball fare. We ate to our hearts content, enjoying the fantastic view of the game from the suite. Even our diehard Florida basketball fans conceded that the trip away from their own team was worth missing the big game.The St. Paddy’s Day festivities continued, replacing green beer with a champagne toast during the 7th inning stretch. We enjoyed a good game and great company, closing the evening out with chocolate cake and a Yankees 3-2 victory.
