352 Media Group has started a new tradition called "The Race to 3:52", wherein each employee works on something they normally wouldn't be able to work on during business hours. The event takes place over a 24 hour period, and has only two rules: you must do something that helps the company, a client, or your own profession, and you must do something that inspires you.
