Having access to others in field is the reason why the Seattle Graphic Design Meetup Group was created in December of 2002. With more than 300 members this group meets regularly to discuss issues relevant to web designers in the greater Seattle area. This group is specific to networking and educational purposes. Both design students and web design professionals meet to discuss the issues being raised and pertinent to the Seattle web development community.
Membership
Membership into the Seattle Graphic Design Meetup Group is free. Meetings are posted via the Seattle Graphic Design Meetup Groups website and attend the meeting for scheduled topic. Some of the topics discussed include web design, Flash, Photoshop, web standards, and animation.
