The creative atmosphere, passion and enthusiasm are what I love most about this company!  Each person is unique in so many different ways, but we all have something in common: dedication and drive to always bring innovative and creative ideas.  At 352 we don't have the bureaucracy that large firms have... just direct ideas and implementation.  Our company culture continues to enhance exceptional client experiences and strong work ethic.  The teamwork and energy circulating at 352 Media Group is phenomenal, and I'm grateful to be a part of it!

I know it's crazy..I can't help but love my job. Sure, it's stressful at times but the people and culture here at 352 Media always keeps me walking through the door in the morning. Coming from Ireland I was very curious if working in an American company would differ greatly from working overseas.  As soon as I came for my interview, any apprehension was erased.  Upon meeting the staff at 352 and learning about the company, I immediately knew I would fit in.  352 represents a diverse group of people with regard to both staff and our clients.  I am very proud of our products and the work we do on a daily basis.”

352 is a lot more like a family to me than a company.  Most of us are more than just co-workers to each other, we're all good friends.  We would spend time vacationing with each other, playing video games, or just hang out and watch Tim.  This feeling of camaraderie often drives me to do better just so I can impress my colleagues as well as the clients.

What I love most about working at 352 Media Group is that it feels like I am working with family.  Because we are a smaller company that allows us all to get to know each other on a personal level and really care for those that we are working with.  This familiarity only helps to make us a stronger company and serve our clients better because we have a true feel for what everybody's strengths are, what we all expect from each other and what the end goal is.  Everybody who works at 352 truly cares for the company and where it is going, and because of that we all take a personal interest and have great pride in the work we do on a daily basis.
