We Respond Quickly
to You

  • When you call or email us with a high-priority request during our normal business hours, we will always respond the same day.

  • You will also be given access to our emergency support line for after-hours assistance.

  • Your normal-priority emails and phone calls will always be responded to the same or next business day.

Your Needs Matter to Us

  • To fully understand our clients’ needs, we spend, on average, more than ten hours researching and consulting with each client during our sales process.

  • To make sure we meet our clients’ expectations, we give each client at least five formal opportunities to review our work at key project milestones.

  • Because we get it right the first time, 90% of the designs we create are approved by our clients within two or less rounds of revisions.

What We Create Belongs to You

  • Since our founding in 1997, 100% of our clients have been given full ownership of the work we’ve created for them.

  • You will receive a detailed proposal outlining all project costs upfront, so there are no hidden fees.

  • We will give you a copy of all the custom programming source code and designs we create for you at no additional charge.

Our client: Andis, the leading provider of hair products for people and animals. Our task: Design a website as adorable as this pup. We think we gave him a good run.

Our director of digital strategy, Kelli Kimpton, & director of Web marketing, Erin Everhart, will be speaking at SMX West in San Jose Feb. 28 - March 1. Will we see you there?

It seems that "Sh*t People Say" is the latest thing, but what about designers? Specifically, Web designers? They say some serious sh*t. Well, ours do at least.

His season may be over, but can you ever really have enough of Tim Tebow? We didn't think so. So instead of watching the highlights, go head to head with him on The Tebometer.

A Better Digital Marketing
and Web Design Company

We’ve heard the stories. Other Web design companies and digital marketing agencies make empty promises, deliver lackluster results, and are just downright unresponsive. That's not us. At 352 Media Group, we give you a better experience. It’s not just our promise. It’s our policy.

But what does "a better experience" mean? It means that we'll respond quickly to you. It means that your needs and your goals matter to us. And it means that you get full ownership of everything we create for you.

We have a talented team of more than 60 people that do Web design & usability consulting, Web & mobile apps, SEO & social media marketing, and a whole lot more in offices around the country, including Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville (Fla.), Las Vegas, Seattle, and Los Angeles. Basically, we create really cool things with really cool people.

Fun Facts about 352

  • How about a hiring spree?
How does a Web design company combat the recent recession? By hiring nearly 30 employees in 2011. To give our customers the attention they deserve, we needed to hire additional programmers, designers and account directors. We want to exceed any expectations that our clients have set for us.
  • We’re Good at Nerf Wars, Too
As a Web design company, we’re pretty well-versed in the happenings of the Internet. Web development and design? Marketing? Ecommerce? You name it, we can do it. But did you also know that we’ve earned our black belt in Nerf gun wars? Things can get heated here, so be sure to wear your goggles.
  • History Told by Interpretive Dance
At our company retreat in June, CEO Geoff walked the entire Web design company through just how they get started. Then, the marketing team decided to take it to the next level. Instead of just a lecture, they showcased our history through interpretive dance. There were even unitards involved.
